Research initiative for Effects, Plans and SKILLs for Implementing Transport Automation with Employment Growth

ReSKILLING is designed to empower the CCAM ecosystem by responding to four strategic needs that are essential for Europe’s leadership in connected, cooperative and automated mobility:
Creating forward-looking governance models that enhance collaboration, unlock synergies, and enable true co-creation among all key players across the value chain.
Bringing together 20 leading partners from the CCAM, education, skills development, and social innovation communities, ReSKILLING goes far beyond technological innovation. It places people at the centre of the transition, adopting a social-innovation–driven approach to ensure that CCAM creates real value for society.
Through an in-depth analysis of CCAM professions and dynamic engagement with diverse stakeholders, the project integrates Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) principles at every stage. The ReSKILLING Co-Innovation Framework empowers partners to co-create sustainable, context-specific solutions that strengthen Europe’s mobility workforce and ecosystem.
