Abstract

The authors regret that their published article contains the following errors: an inaccuracy in Section 2 - Experimental Details and an additional mistake in the references list. 1- Correction in Section 2: Experimental Details:The substrate dimensions were incorrectly stated. The original text reads: “Titanium dioxide (TiO<sub>2</sub>) and zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films of different thickness were deposited by reactive magnetron sputtering on microscope glass (7.6 × 7.6 × 1 cm<sup>3</sup>), monocrystalline silicon (110) (1 × 1 × 0.05 cm<sup>3</sup>), cork (2 × 1 × 1 cm<sup>3</sup>) and three types of rubber…” This should be corrected to: “Titanium dioxide (TiO<sub>2</sub>) and zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films of different thickness were deposited by reactive magnetron sputtering on microscope glass (7.6 × 2.6 × 0.1 cm<sup>3</sup>), monocrystalline silicon (110) (1 × 1 × 0.05 cm<sup>3</sup>), cork (2 × 1 × 0.1 cm<sup>3</sup>) and three types of rubber…” 2- Correction in reference [29]There is an error in reference [29]. The original entry reads: “S. Gürgen, Cork-Based Materials in Engineering: Design and Applications for Green and Sustainable Systems, Springer Nature (2024). To change.” The phrase “To change” should be removed. The corrected reference should read: “S. Gürgen, Cork-Based Materials in Engineering: Design and Applications for Green and Sustainable Systems, Springer Nature (2024).” >. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
