Dr Festus Ifeanyi Anagwu is an R&T Scientist in Structural Composites Department at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST). He received a PhD in Manufacturing at Cranfield University, Bedford, United Kingdom, specializing in sustainable aerospace composite materials. Prior to his doctoral research, he received M.Eng in Chemical Engineering from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria. He previously received B.Eng in Chemical Engineering from Anambra State University, Uli, Nigeria. He has held a faculty position in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Federal Polytechnic Nekede-Owerri, Nigeria between 2015–2020. He held a Research Assistant position at Cranfield University between 2022–2024, during which he worked on many industrial collaborative projects.
At the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology, Festus is responsible for process design, optimization, manufacturing, and characterization of composite sandwich panels for aircraft and spacecraft.
