After gaining experience in the private sector, I joined the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) while completing my PhD in Social and Management Sciences at the University of Lorraine. My research focuses on facilitating the adoption of management and digital tools in organizations through cognitive and learning-based approaches. I have actively contributed to several local and European projects and networks that promote gender-inclusive education and upskilling strategies, leveraging gamification. Since 2022, I have led a research group at LIST, and in 2023, I joined the board of the Luxembourg Media & Digital Design Centre (LMDDC).
