It is written[Formula presented] 2- Correction in Section 2: Experimental Details, Page 162039: The substrate dimensions were incorrectly stated. The original text reads: “TiO<sub>2</sub> and ZnO thin films were deposited by reactive magnetron sputtering onto Normax glass (76 mm × 76 mm × 1 mm)…” This should be corrected to: “TiO<sub>2</sub> and ZnO thin films were deposited by reactive magnetron sputtering onto Normax glass (76 mm × 26 mm × 1 mm)…” 3- Correction in Conclusions, Page 162049There is a mistake in the reference to a specific film. The original sentence reads: “In conclusion, ZnO films, particularly the thicker Zn160 film, …” This should be corrected to: “In conclusion, ZnO films, particularly Zn160 film, …”. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
