Hichem BELGACEM received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the University of Luxembourg, Luxembourg, in 2023. He is currently a researcher with the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST), where he works on machine learning for data quality assurance, data fusion, and decision support in complex data environments. His Ph.D. research focused on the development of methods such as LAFF (Learning‑based Automated Form Filling), LACQUER (Learning‑based Completeness Relaxation), and LAFF‑AD (Anomaly Detection), aimed at improving data usability and reducing human errors in information systems. His research interests include AI‑driven data fusion, anomaly detection, and decision‑support systems.
