About

I am PhD student that works on exploring low-code approaches to apply them to the development of adaptive user interfaces, leveraging AI and other state of the art hardware and software. Ultimately, the goal of the thesis is to democratize both the development of adaptive interfaces but also the applications themselves, supporting the adaptation based on various user features such as age, emotions, personality, etc. In general, my main research interests lie in a combination of HCI, information systems and learning technologies, and the usage of methods such as MDE or low-code to streamline the process of creating various applications.

Mission

Extend the BESSER platform to include adaptivity components based on the end-user.
