I am an Environmental Engineer, holding a PhD in Environmental Sciences from the University of Milano-Bicocca. Throughout my career, I have focused on remediating polluted environments using a range of innovative and established techniques. Specifically, I have developed expertise in environmental microbiology applied to bioremediation and bioelectrochemical systems, and have leveraged these technologies to successfully remediate a variety of contaminated sites. My passion for sustainable environmental solutions drives me to continuously seek out new and cutting-edge approaches to environmental remediation.
As a member of the Environmental Policies group at LIST, I have the privilege of closely collaborating with the Environmental Agency of Luxembourg on a variety of critical issues related to soil protection. In this role, I leverage my expertise in environmental engineering to help develop policies and strategies that safeguard our environment and protect public health. Additionally, I am proud to support ERIN in establishing a network focused on soil protection and remediation. This initiative aims to foster greater collaboration among national stakeholders and international partners, with the ultimate goal of creating a more sustainable future for all.
