I am a senior researcher experienced with surface treatment and surface characterization. For instance, I investigated the effect of surface treatments to promote adhesion in hybrid (polymer-metal) joints, in the frame of LaserSTAMP project I am currently extending my knowledge and know-how in the field of adhesion promotion and 3D printing (material extrusion processes) for applications in structural composites, in particular natural fiber composites. I was and I am currently involved in several projects, for instance: - Corucomp project (part of Goodyear IPBG project) : characterization of tire parts by nanoindentation - FR4recycling (FNR CORE) : innovative debonding method for epoxy adhesive joints or fibre reinforced epoxy composites - Connect (FNR BRIDGES) : Understand and control adhesion at interfaces in copper foils products - BioInter (FNR CORE) : Bio-inspired Design Of Fibre Interfaces With Intermittent Patterns For Obtaining Strong and Tough Composites
