About

After graduating in 2024 from the European Engineering School in Material Science (EEIGM) in Nancy, France, I am now pursuing my academic journey as a PhD student in LIST, within the Ferroic Materials for Energy Harvesting group lead by Prof. Dr. Emmanuel Defay. In February 2025, I joined a project called SPETRA (Sun Powered Energy Transition) initiated by Prof. Dr. Jorge Iñiguez-Gonzalez, in which the 8 PhD Students are working on using the sun as an energy source to produce green electricity and hydrogen. My work is focusing on transforming the heat provided by the sun into electricity using pyroelectric materials in the form of capacitors, going from the characterization of the materials to their integration into heat harvesting devices.
