He is currently a Research Scientist at LIST. His research primarily focuses on acoustic transducers, sensor systems, and MEMS sensors. He specializes in the design, fabrication, and testing of models that are acoustically, mechanically, and electrically optimized for ultrasound applications, such as ultrasound gauging, non-destructive evaluation (NDE), and structural health monitoring (SHM). He earned his Master’s and PhD degrees from Texas A&M University and previously served as a professor in Turkey.
- Work in the Goodyear Project related to the ultrasonic wear sensors for the smart tires.
